- Get photos
BEFORE anything is moved
- Do temporary
repairs to secure house
- If carpet/padding
is wet - remove and take out of house in order to let sub-floor
dry
- Do not dispose
of ANYTHING
- Open house
and let dry (air dry)
- If electricity
- use fans!
- Board windows
with plywood if necessary to avoid further damage
- If food
spoiled - make a list
- Keep all
receipts and documents
